Service Description
Please reach out to determine price and time estimate of session. If you are unsure of what you'd like or need to clarify placement/etc, please reach out to book a consultation or send a chat. Some tattoos requiring 2 or more colors will need to split the session, as this helps the color show better upon healing Multiple persons wishing to attend the same session for multiple pieces that are bigger than the average palm size(approx 4"x4") should each book a session, to ensure an appropriate time block will be unavailable for someone else to book (I.e, two friends want matching roses and book 2pm and 4pm; now their 4-hour session cannot be overbooked). This will allow time to attend to both clients. (*give or take about 2 inches in size for some words/names)
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a deposit of $50.00 per session. Appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Refunds not available for cancellation, but client reschedule if canceling more than 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of start time will result in forfeiture of deposit. No-call, no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit. Please provide notice As Soon As Possible if running late. Any client running more than 30 minutes late should reach out to reschedule their appointment. Any arrivals after 30 minutes of appointment time with no prior contact will result in forfeiture of deposit and the appointment will not be honored. Forfeiture of any deposit requires a new deposit to book next appointment. Please plan travel accordingly. Tattoo stations take at least 20 minutes to set up. The aftercare process post-service takes around 10 minutes. Your expected tattoo appointment window includes both of these processes, so please expect to have, at minimum, 1 and a half hours of appointment time (for small tattoos, larger tattoos mean longer appointment windows- your artist can provide a rough estimate) and plan your day accordingly. In the event that the artist has to cancel, client will receive a full refund of their deposit. Please note that tattoo services may at times run a bit longer than expected, and that clean up/prep time is necessary between clients to maintain sanitary standards. For this reason, there may be a brief waiting period upon arrival. Any client made to wait more than 45 minutes to start their session will be discounted in the amount of $25.00.
